We provide Meals on Wheels and support services for seniors living in Centerburg Village, Hilliar, Liberty & Milford Townships, in Knox County Ohio. We are funded by the Knox County Senior Levy and private donations. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization.

The Center offers seniors a diverse Health & Wellness program. Classes include gentle yoga, cardio drumming, Pound and strength and flexibility workouts.
The Exercise Room is equipped with 2 treadmills and an exercise bike, yoga mats, exercise balls, and hand weights. The room is air conditioned. Healthy snacks and chilled water are prov
